will need from you to complete a full package and deliver the keys
are as follows:
1) Rental Application |

2) Deposit (last month's rent)
3) Post dated cheques (11 starting first day of first month until
second last month of lease)
4) Guarantors for each tenant (download
here)
5) Schedule "A" signed by all tenants (download
here)
6) If utilities are not included, they must be put into new tenants
names
(ie: hydro
application download here, gas
occupancy change form download here)
7) Prior to you moving in, we will perform a premises inspection.
At this time, you will be required to provide a security deposit
and sign an inspection form (download
here)

Please note:
- It is very important that you change the utilities into your
name before your move in date
- No keys will be given out until we have confirmation
that these utilities have been changed
- A move in and move out inspection will be done of your unit
to insure the unit is in the same order from the start of the
lease until the end of the lease.
